This website has no contact forms, no patient portal, and no user accounts. It does not ask you to enter personal or health information anywhere on gotacupuncture.com. When you call or text the office, or send an email, the information you share is handled by the practice as described below.

The New Patient Forms page links to an insurance benefits verification form hosted by Holistic Billing Services, our billing partner. That form runs on their website, and the information you enter there is governed by their privacy policy. We use what you submit only to verify your benefits and to contact you about them.

Information you share with the practice as a patient is protected health information and is handled under the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided at your first visit. This website is not a channel for medical records, and we ask that you do not send detailed health information by unencrypted email or text.

The website may use the following third-party services, each of which may set its own cookies:

• Google Analytics, to measure how the site is used in aggregate, such as which pages are visited and whether a phone or text link was tapped. It does not receive your name or contact details.
• YouTube, for the patient videos on the Success Stories page. The players load in privacy-enhanced mode and only when you press play.
• Google Maps, for the office map on the Contact and Our Location pages.

You can limit these through your browser’s cookie settings without affecting your ability to read this site.

We use the information you give us to schedule and provide care, to verify insurance benefits, and to respond to your questions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share phone numbers or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

You may ask what information the practice holds about you, request a correction, or ask us not to contact you by a particular channel. Contact the office by phone or email and we will help.

When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
